We've developed the recruitment site for 'Qualification School TAC', which has a history of over 40 years. The site is built around the company's corporate color, red, with a design and structure aimed at acquiring talent that matches the company's needs.
Based on the needs of HR managers, we conducted preliminary research and enhanced employee interviews and Q&As to strengthen our appeal to desired candidates. Through this, we established a system that encourages the matching of the company with potential talent.
